Do not buy a vehicle from McGrath Volvo unless you want to follow-up relentlessly with incompetent staff. We're happy with the *** itself. What we're not happy with is the experience we were given from the very beginning at this dealership. We should have taken that as a sign and moved on to another Volvo dealer.Long story short, they needed multiple reminders via calls/emails/text to complete our paperwork in a timely manner after leaving the dealership on 10/5 having signed all of the paperwork on our end. Extremely disappointed.Sold me a problem car. I over paid to buy a car from a (good dealer) turns out overpaying many thousands and getting a car they damaged in service. They won't fix it even though they said they would....!!!! Not standing behind the poor car they sold me.It was for my daughter.. 2 weeks and they gave up and told me to buy a different car and only want to give me 1/3 of what I paid for this car a few months ago!@@!!Need to speak to owner or pursue lawsuits.

The entire team from start to finish was awesome! I called and made an appointment with ****, who was very pleasant on the phone! ****** greeted me at the door and offered amenities while I waited for a salesman. Turns out he is the used car manager and actually pulled up the car I ended up buying while I waited for my salesman. I can see how he takes care of his inventory! The used car description stated a 1-year satellite subscription would be offered. The dealership claimed that was the "original description" that was written when the car was new. Since this was a used car being sold, they would not honor it. I suggested they should have edited the description prior to marketing the car. They denied my request to offer the 1-year subscription.
