Stay away. We did not hire Dennis McGrath, rather we inherited a warranty he issued to the people we bought our home from. At the time of our home inspection we had 3 different professionals, including another exterminator, tell us that they could not determine whether the termite signs we saw were new or old. All 3 of them told us that a professional exterminator would have wiped away the signs and would have drawn a map of the locations, so they could periodically inspect and determine whether there is new activity.
