I called McGrath because the blower motor on my furnace wasn't working. I told them this on the phone. They sent a guy out and he told me that my blower was broken and it needed a motor and cleaned. I paid him $70 for mostly nothing. He said they would call me back with a total for parts. After 5 days of no call back, I called. No answer. Mind you it's winter, I have a 2 year old and no heat.
