I do NOT recommend relying on Clayton Livingston at McGrath Realty AT ALL for your moving and relocation needs. He strung my (growing) family along for an entire month and went as far as having us put utilities in our names and acquiring certified checks for moving before ripping it out from under our feet at the very last minute. Absolutely despicable and unprofessional - DO NOT RECOMMEND. He does not care for you, he only cares for the best deal even if that means cutting someone down in the worst possible way. is
Honestly should not even get 1 star. This company and their agent Clayton Livingston, strung my sister along for a month. They approved her application, agreed on the lease, had her change the utilities to her name, get a certified back check, give her a move in date of 12/15. And then on 12/17 said they decided to sell it instead. The care about no one. Avoid at all costs.
Colleen showed me an apartment for 1450 in pawling, that I fell in love with . She has sent me an online application that I filled out entirely, and assured me that she would let me know either way. After multiple times of reaching out to her, she never let me know, she never even responded back to me. All my private information went into that application and it’s just all gone, she gave me no details about what happened with that application.

The lady from McGrath Realty told me she has 20 years of experience in Real Estate. She came over a few times (after having to reschedule a few times). Then came (her idea) of researching and checking in with the town on past records. Making sure that modifications were in order (which they were). After a few weeks (looking at comps) she gave me (orally) a value/appraisal which I agreed with. The next step was she was supposed to come and take pictures of the house.
