I am extremely disappointed with McGrath Management - the company hired by our HOA. They are utterly unresponsive to emails and phone calls, even when the concerns raised involve serious safety issues that could affect the well-being of residents. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their responsibilities. rude, unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent, unresponsive. our building could not wait to terminate their contract. it takes a special set of skills to be this bad.
Edge on Hudson Brown stone community. They hired a manager with criminal convictions and then found out by residents. Worst company and management. Never responded to my service request. Not sure why HOA hired them in the first place.
