This truly is such an unprofessional, unresponsive, and bad quality company. They have never been good to work with. Especially their employee Maureen Natrella is consistently unprofessional, rude, unproductive. Everyone I know that has also worked with her has only ever had complaints.
If I can put a zero I would all smoke and mirrors. They DO NOT uphold to their own contracts. I would NOT recommend them at all. Be very cautious. They do not respond to calls or emails as the other reviewers commented the same concerns.
I am extremely disappointed with McGrath Management - the company hired by our HOA. They are utterly unresponsive to emails and phone calls, even when the concerns raised involve serious safety issues that could affect the well-being of residents. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their responsibilities.
