Kathy is a cold, snobbish woman... and she does not even attempt to hide the fact that she is not at all fond of minorities. The look of pure disgust when we arrived to look at a property was shocking and unmistakable. She shook our hands with the bare tips of her fingers. She was abrupt. Kathy weaver is a very poor manager of rental properties....it is a struggle to get her to fix anything, and if there is any way to screw you our of money, she will find it!!!
