I needed a car to drive me from Illinois to Maine for college. This dealership and more specifically, Paul Sidorski, was a great help! I ended up with a lovely used vehicle that will safely get me across the country. I'm very appreciative!
Service Center is beyond incompetent, if I could give -10 that would be generous. I had a 3:30 appointment for 10,000 miles service check and there was an error code with regards to the windshield fluid. I also needed the AC checked. I recently discovered that a vehicle I purchased from McGrath Lexus of Westmont had a prior insurance claim and an unclean Carfax report—despite being told at the time of sale that everything was in good order and the Carfax was clean. I trusted the salesperson, who is also a neighbor, and in hindsight, I overtrusted them. This dealership clearly prioritizes moving inventory over transparency or integrity.
