I bought a vehicle the other day. The process was smooth and professional. The only problem I had is I didn't see a little scratch on the driver's door but I saw the sales manager today said he'd take care of it. So I'm hoping that'll be done so I can write a great review
Went in a few days ago to look for a new car. Receptionist, busy talking with a Lexus person, no greeting, nothing. Sales floor was not very busy, but all the Lexus folks were busy with their little conversations. We were there 10 minutes, not one person approached us. It felt snobby. We ended up going to Lexus in Naperville, couldn’t have been more pleased with their service and attitude. We bought a new Lexus there.
