I visited for regular maintenance on my vehicle and the Service Advisor Javier, and the Service manager Brad Provided me with Outstanding Customer Service! I am a long time customer, and I love the relationship that I have built with them.
Tremendous staff who made the car purchase a most pleasant experience. Kudos to Rita Barkstrom, the office, trainers and porters for excellent, prompt and courteous efforts.

This was horrible! I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube. I come here because I have a luxury car and get luxury service. However, my service advisor Javier was anything but a service advisor. An hour and 15 minutes into my service I had to stop an employee walking by because I got no updates or even a link to check my service. First time Acura buyer, long time admirer. Test drove a couple other Acura’s at another store closer to home, but made the journey out to McGrath because they had the color combo I was looking for.
