We had a horrific experience getting our Sportage serviced. Unclear communication around the working condition of our car's antenna and electrical system, an incomplete repair, and 1.5 hours spent trying to get the service consultants to apply the 20% coupon we were given in our written quote gave us no reason to ever return. We couldn’t be stronger in advising anybody thinking about taking their Kia to be serviced here to stay far, far away. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Shout out to Jakub (Jacob) for being awesome and patient with us. He was not persistent about us purchasing a vehicle, which we had no intention to do so late in the evening . We were simply “looking around”.
