They scuffed my side mirror in their carwash and instead of fixing the problem and making it right, I got a lecture form the sales manager about “personal responsibility” and how they’re not obligated to fix my car because it would cost them money. After arguing with them, they agreed to fix the mirror. As someone who has not always had great experiences at other Chicagoland dealers, I would say Mark and Lucas definitely provided a top notch car buying experience. They didn't push me to buy add-ons I told them I was not interested in and got to the point to make our purchase a time efficient and enjoyable experience. They are the type of people I want to work with in the future when we have to buy our other son a car in a couple of years.
