I am the type of person who will procrastinate on getting a new car, putting it off for YEARS. I don't like to research, I don't like spending all day at a dealer, I realllly don't like feeling pressured for add ons that I don't want. So I'm SO EXCITED to have had a great experience buying a new car from Mack at McGrath! He was kind, friendly, understanding, and worked with us to make buying a new car a painless... dare I even say enjoyable?...experience! Companies need to stop outsourcing to other countries jobs that very obviously need to be done by people familiar with the services offered or at least works at the location. If the automated call line says press 2 to speak to a service advisor I expect to actually speak to one not someone from a different country who has no automotive experience. Waste of my time. Can’t even answer simple questions.
Ive had nothing but a great experience working woth them. After my car died in another state, having it towed to their facility, they jave been nothing but super friendly and worked very hard to help get the issues sorted. Wish I would jave bought from them but will bring them my car anytime it needs anything.
Mack was very nice and patient. Jason was also very kind. Everything was super smooth even in the temp office as construction goes on. Theres even a ramp incase you can't use the stairs.
Pejman was great making the car happen. Thank you McGrath Kia of Highland Park!
