I am filing this complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory sales experience and subsequent lack of accountability at Kia of Highland Park. Background: I own a business operating a fleet of 10 vehicles and routinely purchase 2–3 vehicles per year. I have purchased approximately seven vehicles from another location owned by the same dealer group and had positive experiences, which is why I chose to work with Kia of Highland Park. Bought a new car here today. Casey was great to work with - helpful, friendly, made the process very easy. Allie was also great - very nice, patient, efficient.
Got my kia k4 from them. I had a great experience at the Kia showroom. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thanks to Pejman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured.
