We had a lot of trouble with them. Totally disappointed. you should not buy from them. kia brand overall it's very nice, but they scammed and switched with a different car when you already signed a contract. i already filed a complaint to the headquarters but they are third party so they couldn't do much. please be very careful.
Damage to my engine led me to this Kia dealership, where Allison in sales and Dave in the service department are currently moving heaven and earth to help find me a possible fix. Even if my situation ends up in a negative, their compassion and willingness to explore options with me softened a great blow, and when it’s time for me to replace this vehicle, they will be first for my business from this date forward. One always thinks that buying a new car will be a difficult experience but Julio and Angelo at McGrath Kia of Highland Park definitely made it easy and fun in many parts. Spoiler Alert: In the end, it was totally in vain! TLDR; Don’t waste your time dealing with McGrath Kia of Highland Park. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. This kind of operation is what gives salespeople a bad name. The level of unprofessionalism shown by Joanna and her sales manager, Angelo, made it readily apparent that my experience can't be a one-off, it’s their practice.
