I had an excellent experience with my sales person, John McCracken. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He was extremely patient with me when it came to learning all the new technology. I appreciated the amount of time he spent going over things and helping me to understand. He had a calm demeanor but also had a good sense of humor. I did not feel overly pressured to make a decision and he allowed me to come to my own decision. I felt relaxed throughout the process and comfortable working with John.
My sales person as well as everyone else I was in contact with was great. John responded to all my questions and changes and made the process extra smooth. Also since I was not in Cedar Rapids they delivered my car to me.
Ethan made buying my car such a stress free experience. He tailored my wants into finding me the perfect car. He was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. He made the process so smooth. I usually leave a dealership with buyer's remorse and second guessing myself. This time I felt so confident that I got the perfect car for a great price. I love my new car and that's all because of Ethan. Thank you!!
