Recently purchased a 2020 Sante Fe and could not be more pleased with the vehicle and buying process. Our salesperson, Schaefer, was fantastic and I highly recommend working with him. He was kind, professional, knowlegable, and we felt no pressure whatsoever to make the purchase. Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I was able to negotiate a fair price online with Adam before even coming into the dealer. I highly recommend using McGrath in Hiawatha IA for your used car buying experience.
I do not recommend the service center McGrath Hyundai. There have been several occasions where they have lost my trust. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at McGrath Marion that we discovered less than 12 hours after bringing the vehicle home had extremely squeaky rear brakes. McGrath Hyundai "fixed" this for us by cleaning the break disks, but the car still screams while reversing out of our driveway every morning.
