The effort that Carter and Marshall made to make sure my questions were answered, concerns were addressed and that they worked with our needs and schedule was phenomenal! So impressed that they showed up at the airport at 11pm to make sure the sale was finalized and my husband could begin his trip back to NY without waiting another day to begin his journey. Brett and Eric were amazing!
This is the only dealership I will take my truck to get work done. The service managers are incredible, the tech gave very clear video explanations of my vehicle and what it needed, and to top it off they delivered my truck to my driveway! I didn’t even have to go get it! Brett is an amazing service manager! This is probably the third review I’ve done on Mcgrarh and Brett, both continue to be amazing at customer service and getting things right!
Good experience but a little pricey for an oil change. For me it's worth driving to Lynch Ford for an oil change to save $40+.
