Utter laziness. Interested in a property. Agent just ignored enquiries and when they eventually rang back stated the property in question was the subject of multiple offers. Did not even invite a further inspection. Lo and behold the property sold for a price less than what probably would have been offered with a subsequent inspection. Definitive laziness.
