When Emma Coleman took over managing the property I was renting it was an absolute pleasure to have her in my corner. Emma went above and beyond. Her professionalism and communication was outstanding. Unfortunately this property had a lot of issues. Not the agents fault but no oven for nearly 4 months. No water out back for 6 months and constant electrical issues became a challenge, for both the previous property manager and myself.
