Our initial contact with Cris and Nat indicated that they were well informed about market trends and could readily identify the potential sale of our house. They patiently left things on hold while we dealt with health issues, but once action began, each step forward was discussed with us. Within days of being on the market, Nat presented us with several offers. Throughout the whole process, Nat's explanations and support enabled us to be confident of the best outcome.

We are moving out soon and have been very helpful with information and advising exact times etc. I have personally dealt with Emma, Deb and their receptionist are all very welcoming. Our experience with McGrath Coast & Hinterland during our vacate process was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Communication from Emma felt dismissive, rude and at times unprofessional, which made an already difficult situation far worse.
