One word: AMAZING Absolutely fortunate that we found her.
Dorothy is a fantastic doctor. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She actually listens to you without judgements. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I feel like she is one of the good ones who genuinely cares about people. She goes above and beyond and I truly appreciate a person like that. I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her as she is one of a kind.
Dorothy is excellent. She listens and offers sound advice. She is very down to earth and establishes great rapport with patients. She is helpful and responsive to my needs/requests. The office runs very smoothly- always on time so don't be late. I moved out of NH but maintain Dorothy as my primary care (under Dr. Loughran)- she is totally worth the extra travel time. I hope she never leaves Beacon. Highly recommend Dorothy.
It's very rare I give 5 stars for anything. I am a picky pick! I worked there and transferred to a different practice. I needed to change my PCP for insurance. When I first started working there she reminded me of my old DO from ME. I loved the opportunities I had as a fill in to work with her! I was not wrong/disappointed in choosing her. I thought it might be odd or awkward. Was not the case....at all! She is (as I already knew) amazing...she is VERY thorough...she listens...I don't bake cakes but I want to for her! I stopped into Beacon as an established patient without an appointment. I was seen by Dorothy McGrath who was very kind and listened to what I had to say. She diagnosed my symptoms and prescribed an antibiotic that I was familiar with. I would recommend Dorothy McGrath at Beacon Internal Medicine.
