Dont ever purchase a vehicle from McGrath City Mazda. During my recent CX-5 purchase, the dealership added $495 in garbage fees for some certification inspection on top the sales price. They also low ball you on any trade in. Once you purchase the vehicle, they dont respond with any questions and concerns. Mazda offers zero help as well.
Came in to look at a Cx-5 and a Cx-30, was very interested in buying the Cx-5 but the dealership literally wouldn't negotiate on price at all. List Price was around ******, and after all the add-ons I was at ******. They asked me what I would be comfortable paying multiple times and shot me down every time without even giving me a counteroffer. I was very disappointed, cause I really wanted to buy the car. Very unlikely to come back.

The best dealership ******* has ever had. Run by a sweet hearted young man, 5th generation. The customer service is outstanding and I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else.
I would give zero stars but the site does not let you do so. I was interested in a used vehicle at this dealership and after driving was ready to make the purchase. But I was told I would have to buy a McGrath City Mazda interior/exterior warranty for 3 thousand dollars. Purchasing the vehicle without the warranty was not an option. So needless to say I refused and walked out the door.
