I went to the dealership to get a spare key made for my vehicle. They told me it was going to be a few days because it had to be ordered from a warehouse. Key comes in and they cut it wrong. Over the next 4 weeks they ordered several new keys from ordering the wrong ones to cutting the keys wrong again. They never followed up with me that the keys were in or that the wrong one was ordered. I had to call every few days asking for an update. Thursday July 28 I brought in my 2014 Chevy Impala to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and they brakes looked at because they were making noise. I was told the brakes were fine. A day later it was clear the brakes weren’t fine as it just sounded like metal on metal. I went to a friend who showed me how to change the brake pads myself. I had bought a car from McGrath in August. The day that I was supposed to go look at the car, they had informed me that it had damage from the recent storms in Iowa. When I had gotten there, they told me the damage was almost $10,000 dollars roughly but they would have it fixed like new. So we waited for about a little over a month for my car to be done. Started off telling everything you want to hear. After the vehicle was purchased and something was wrong that should have been covered by bumper to bumper, turned into a different story. They didn't stand by what they said. Also had a loaner vehicle. They texted and wanted back a loaner vehicle that didn't match the vehicle they gave me.
