McGrath Builders did a excellent job on bathroom leak in my home. ***** provided great communication through out the process. Everyone was always polite and completed the job as planned. My favorite part was the end because the cleaning service did a wonderful job above and beyond my expectations.

We were extremely satisfied with all the employees who came to our house to complete the job.. They all were very polite and their work was excellent. They completed the work much faster than we anticipated. Everyone expressed their concern for our complete satisfaction. We couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

Failed to identify water damage and failed to propery assess water damage caused by broken and completely dislodged drain line to tub. Hired a non english speaking indiviual to fix and relace a small piece of drywall and paint a small percentage of wall. Cost us 1000 deductible for nothing and then stated " you were there when we openned the wall"- I am not a contractor I cannot propery assess the problem.

That plumber came out and at the time diagnosed the problem as a failed gasket on the tub spout and replaced the said problem. The water caused damages to the insulation, drywall, baseboard, and carpet on the wall of the back side of the shower (the bedroom closet). We had a Backslash installed by McGrath. We would give 6 stars if we could. The job was excellent. The worker was meticulous in detail.
Very impressed with the mitigation and restoration work done on our home. Clear concise communication and timelines were provided and met . The project manager Justin handled the job very professionally and effectively throughout the process. We will look to McGrath Builders for future renovations down the road.
Awesome customer service and great floor and tile ideas. Justin is the best!!! Always so helpful.
