Initially, I had high hopes for this company. They claim to save you the conventional realtor fees, which is very enticing. Don't list with them!!!!! The lack of professionalism was astounding. From my first contact, to the time I almost listed with Rick and his daughter was littered with signs of a bogus company. I ignored the warning signs hoping to save money, but I should have known better.
