Great company to do business with.
I visited a dealership recently, not out of choice, but because my radio in my 2023 Kia K5 suddenly stopped working. As someone who relies on the radio for entertainment during drives, this was quite frustrating. After having a bad experience at Schaumburg Kia when I was trying to get the pink coolant the car requires I decided to return to the one where I purchased my car, hoping for better service. So... found a sportage online at this dealership. A 2024 and no carfax. I chatted and text several times asking a simple question. Why no carfax. NEVER received an answer. All I could get is let me have out team call you. Really? Just answer the question. Well I searched the vin myself and found out it was in a wreck. Guess they didn't want to disclose that. Only thing they were worried about was trying to pressure me to buy. I'll never shop here for a vehicle.
