Thang is a wonderful technician. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and patient. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. First off I want to say this company is amazing . From the dispatcher to the techs. The lady in the office was awesome. I had two service techs come out to look at my heat pump. I’m not sure what the first guys name was but his initials were A.S. He was very young but very professional. I think he is still learning but he was ok. Needless to say we had to call back a few days later and they sent a different tech out. His name was Kelley K. He wrote his full name on the ticket which was nice for future reference ... read more
