Kanye was honestly the first person who made us feel like we finally understood what’s been going on with our AC. We’ve dealt with this issue since moving in, and he was the only one who took the time to really look into it and explain everything clearly. He was kind, thorough, and didn’t rush through anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and that means a lot. We’re really grateful he was the one who came out.
