The Del-Air A/C Tech, Moises, was pleasant, professional, competent, informative, and successful at unclogging our A/C drain line. Our A/C functionality was fully restored. In stark contrast, the Del-Air Back-Office personnel were largely un-professional, uninformed, and remarkably ill-equipped to do their jobs.
