Paralegal is causing firm to lose clients and money I would consider hiring a new one please give proper training
Very upset I inquired about a claim and the attorney and his unprofessional Paralegal never helped me or returned my phone calls I’m highly upset and when I kept pursuing my claim I called his paralegal and she was very stuck up and mean I really wish I could have went forth with my claim but unfortunately that never happen.
