Lincoln, the veteran salesperson, Steve, the sales manager, and Kevin from the business department were all extremely helpful in the purchase of my pre-owned Subaru Forester. They were personable, professional, and respectful. I found the same to be true upon my second visit as I dealt with Mike from the service department for my inspection sticker. Great people to deal with, great facility, and great automobile!
Everything went smooth except when I went to pick up the vehicle. They said they could not give me an inspection sticker because the vehicle was over 10,000 pounds and their system was not rated for that weight. I had to find an inspection station, pay the $35 then submit this all back to the dealership hoping they will reimburse me. I guess it would have been nice if they either found a place to have the sticker done and had someone from the dealer take it there or they could have given me places near where I live to have i... read more
Ask. For. Sabrina! I went to four different dealerships to look at cars and she was by far the best salesperson I talked to. She treated me like a person and not a sale. I felt like she cared about taking care of me instead of regurgitating the company line. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the management. Every time a manager was brought over to answer my questions they seemed annoyed and bothered by me. They expected me to just go with everything they said without explaining anything.
