Chris and his team are true professionals who stand by their work. We had a fantastic experience replacing six skylights of varying sizes with Chris's assistance. When we had a mechanical problem with one skylight operator, Chris made himself available to help us troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. We are so grateful for his thorough and skilled approach on the selection and installation of these skylights. Highly recommend!
I'd give 6 stars if I could. Chris has been wonderful to work with, from installation of Velux automated skylight system several years ago, to servicing as needed (lots of wear and tear in Stinson Beach). He goes above and beyond to give great service, and the product has been great too. Highly recommend!
Chris McGovern just installed some beautiful Velux double panes skylights in my home. His quote was much less than other service providers and the work was flawless. In addition to the skylight Chris also installed a sun tunnel for us in the hallway. After the sun tunnel install my wife thought the color was too cold and Chris promptly ordered a diffuser that warmed the light and we are very happy with the work. Chris was wonderful to work with. He replaced three of our skylights, and they are SO much nicer than the old ones! Plus, they have retracting covers -- a feature I didn't know we'd find so handy. Highly recommend -- he's prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. If/when we need more skylights replaced, he will be on speed-dial.
In 2014 Chris did a 5 star job installing at least 10 Velux skylights for me. So here my belated 5 star review. However, based on the recent reviews, I hope he will still have time for my small additional request. Will keep you posted.
