In 2014 Chris did a 5 star job installing at least 10 Velux skylights for me. So here my belated 5 star review. However, based on the recent reviews, I hope he will still have time for my small additional request. Will keep you posted.

Might be good at his craft. He is not good at making a commitment And standing by it! I have attempted to communicate with Mr McGovern and have not been successful. As an example: he will give me an excuse for not returning my call and ask me to call the following week Stupidly, I have done what he asked and never receive a return call. Frankly.. if this is the way he communicates…then I have reservation about the quality of his work and will not hire him in the future

Hahaha. He might be great at what he does n would still like to hear from him but a month later n 19 calls, I think our job is too small for him to waste his time on. But the few times I did talk to him he seemed genuinely friendly n business like. He tells u call back in a couple days three times n then he just quits taking calls. I'm a slow learner. No answer must mean no, then. 🥺
