Service department simply does not ever pick up the phone. I've called their 10 times during business hours and I've not gotten through 9 times. On the 10th, the person was not at all that helpful. They just never answer the phone.
I took my Kia Niro in to have the horn fixed. The check in and check out was quick and pleasant, and they paid for a complimentary Uber to get me home and back while they were doing the work.
