No regard for customer time. Takes ages to get any paperwork done compared to every other car dealership. Doing a "quick" car pickup after all the paperwork is signed and money paid, takes 2+ hours instead of the promised 15 minutes. They had not put the car through any inspections or paperwork until we showed up to pick it up in person. Just do yourself a favor and go to another one of the dozens of car dealerships nearby.
