A bizarre experience. A hapless salesperson and management with nonstop misinformation and hours of my time. I called ahead with the used car type I was looking for. Then onsite they couldn’t find the car. They’re building a new building, so most cars are in offsite lots miles away from dealership. Understandable, but why not tell me what’s going on?
