From June 2025- Awful experience had an appt on Friday as having front end shaking and car wasn’t looked or test driven, when I picked it up out of disgust on Tuesday night little or no communication from service and couldn’t get a live person until I called the sales dept. Spoke to Violet and she was very professional on the phone and scheduled a February 25th 7am appt. to do a recall software update on my 2019 Santa Fe. Went in on February 25th for appt and was greeted very pleasantly by Stephanie and she would communicate with me when it was done and Also let her know my front end was still making the same front end noise / shaking from the June 2025 appt. when they originally had the car for 4-5 days and the car was never even brought it in the shop to be looked at.
