My appointment was rescheduled twice by the dealership. When I arrived at the new date, they told me it had been rescheduled again. They did get the service done in a timely fashion. However, the staff were difficult to deal with and somewhat unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership.
The staff at Rt 2 Hyundai is unbelievable. Every step of the process was fantastic. They did everything except carry me to the car (which if I asked nicely they probably would've done for me!) Dan, Lawrence, Gill - you rock!!!
