Had a great experience purchasing a used BMW from Ben Fasano at McGovern GMC. No unnecessarily haggling and we agreed on a price within 30 minutes of being there. Great customer service on the back end of receiving the car, registration and inspection sticker as well.
Really disappointed in the service at this dealer. Spent 81k on a barely used truck 3 years ago and very disappointed in my purchase. I religiously service my vehicle at the service department and on more than one occasion, continued mistakes are happening. Records not kept up properly resulting in same recommendations for service and most recently a major warranty issue.
