Doug Lee, the salesperson, was great. Very personable, easy to work with, and the only positive part of this experience. I would recommend him without hesitation. Only reason for the 2 star. He was awesome! The used sales manager (or whoever handles trade-in appraisals) is an embarrassment to this dealership. The appraisal process was either grossly incompetent or intentionally deceptive. Had a brake electrical issue with my truck cannot say enough about the service department hands down best service I've had in years.
Recently came into the dealership at McGovern GMC looking for a used truck. Doug was the salesman who met me. He was great to deal with, he was very friendly and helpful! I ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle and am happy overall with my experience thanks to Doug!
Love the car and my salesperson Zach was great but the dealership’s policies of not wanting you to finance through your own bank and not sending you off with a full tank of gas were off putting.
