I live in Quincy but decided to give the Plymouth Cadillac service a try — unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. They charged $176 just for an oil change and tire rotation,while Herb Chambers Cadillac of Norwood does the exact same service for $105. I expected better pricing and transparency from a McGovern Cadillac dealership!
Jay Pacheco was the General Manager at McKay Chevrolet. I bought a few trucks from him there. Now that he finally left there I followed him to McGovern as did many McKay customers and I bought a brand new 2026 Silverado. As always he beat every deal out there and treated me and my wife like family. I definitely recommend doing business with Jay Pacheco. They don't make enough stars to rate him.
The devil is in the details and lack of education at the sale, by the dealership and us, after the fact they’ve become educated and answer a bad review with sarcasm. Be clear that there were two options with our used vehicle, a software purchase for the life of the vehicle or a monthly subscription. We all became educated it was a subscription after the fact and purchase as we, the consumer, thought it was with the vehicle for the life of the car, it was there for the test drive and nobody knew it was expiring, nobody!
