I was not very impressed with my experience at this office. From the beginning, I was second guessing my decision to book an appointment here after scheduling the appointment via the phone. On the phone call, the receptionist sounded miserable and unhelpful. These thoughts were further reinforced after my arrival at the office. The staff in the reception area were overall unhelpful, and seemed unfamiliar with procedures relating to insurance coverage. After being rudely told "make sure you remember you mask next time" (with an exaggerated eye roll) by the troll behind the desk not wearing his mask "…... the rest of the experience was over all pretty good. Nurses and techs were great.
I went to Dr McGovern years ago and never went back - he had me alone in a room and looked at my private area because I had hives. I told the nurse on the way out that I was alone and what he did. I wasn’t happy…thought it was quite creepy.
Very nice doctors and staff
I love this Dr. its a plus that his wife is my kids PCP.
