I’ll start off saying that it appears they fixed my problem on my equinox but I was severely over charged for the work. Started with about $100 diagnostic. Then another $600. Then said it’d be a total of $1200 to fix all the problems. I okayed it only to get a call back again the next day saying sorry they didn’t actually fix it but for another $500 they can. I had my auto in to have the tracks on the driver's side window repaired. Another auto service had tried and failed. But the service department at McGonigal's fixed it. It works perfectly now.
I have struggled a lot with how to write this. I hate leaving reviews especially poor reviews. But I have to share my wife and I’s experience. We were in the market for either a new car or SUV. Noah is absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, kind, and sincerely wanted to help get us into a vehicle that we wanted. Noah himself is extremely easy to work with.
