I scheduled a maintenance appointment for Friday. I called on Saturday to discover that the car hasn't been looked at yet. Today, I was told that based on my description, the car should be towed somewhere else. They have yet to look at the car, and won't get to it for the next two days. This is a joke of a service department.
Edit: Don't buy a car from here. I bought one that was finance manager's and in "great shape!" They were "very confident" about this vehicle. I found a note in the glovebox about a transmission leak and it has been shifting rough. I have already spent over $3,000 in repairs and issues still persist. They did give me $500 but that is measly compared to the magnitude of issues present. This car has been a money pit. I regret ever coming to this dealership. It has caused immense grief in my life.
