I have used McGoldrick for the past 15 years...so sorry I did not switch to another company years ago. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone, then do not provide the service, either they are no shows or send inadequate technicians. They are NOT reliable or competitive. I would NOT recommend this company.
I suffered through their miserable customer service for over 10 years. In the beginning, I stayed with them partly because I really liked the technician they sent (though he's long gone) and really, really wanting to support a small, local business. In all honesty, I switched providers prior to the event that motivated me to write this review, but I felt compelled if it would help someone else.
