RecommendedDr McGlynn is a versatile chiropractor and works with you in regards to manipulating. I’m not a big fan of that and she recommended therapy balls. They have them right in the office, I use them almost every day. I put them behind my back starting at the bottom and every couple minutes I bring it up a little higher. I put them on my back in the car, at work, or at home. I also use them for my feet as I can get cramping from always being up and around.
