Best kept secret in Cape May. You have to try this small restaurant. Food is amazing and service great. Best fried tomatoes I have ever eaten. Every entree delicious.
We take our family to Backstreet all of the time. BYOB is a must, and the servers have no issue setting you up w glasses, wine bucket etc... Gina is our fav! The food is unmatched as Chef Tee cooks with love. The baby lamb chops, pan fried fish and cheddar encrusted grouper melt in your mouth. Appetizer favorite has to be the fried tomato's and asperges with lump crab. And leave room for Tony's banana foster, and the key lime pie !
