I have been going to Dr. McGinnis for many, many years. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me with many problems both medically and personally. She knows just how to make you feel at ease with her knowledge and caring. She also has a great sense of humor. I never had to wait long to get an appointment, or did I ever have a long wait in the office to be seen. Everyone there is friendly and respectful, which makes visiting the office a lot less stressful.

I've been going to this office for over 30 years and all went well, now all of a sudden nobody calls you back...you never get anyone on the phone...been calling for 2 weeks to make an appt and I've yet to get a callback!! Really? This is how you treat patients?? Guess it's time to find someone else.

Dr McGinnis had been my OBGYN for 33 years. She delivered my daughter who goes to her as well. Very well educated. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

This office is awful. I called about severe pms. No call back. I called again 2 days later. Put on hold too long that I had to hang up. “Pat” called me back, leaving a message” saying that I need to call back to schedule an ultrasound. Huh? I called back and spoke to Pat and she said “you need to go to urgent care or the ER if you’re in severe pain.” I said “I called about severe PMS, I have no pain.” She continued to talk over me about my pain and then transferred me to schedule an ultrasound. “Terri” then got on the line t... read more
