I scheduled a visit. Pat came out for a visit on time and said he would contact me shortly with a quote. It's almost a week later, and I haven't heard anything since the plumber left. The leak is pretty bad, so this has been a costly week of waiting. I could have had someone else come to fix it in that time. I can't speak for everyone here, but I am disappointed with this service and will have to keep looking elsewhere.

Pat was kind enough to come out for a garbage disposal issue. He quickly took care of it and left us a tool to use for any future issues. Not only was he professional and helpful, but he did not charge us. He certainly could have, simply for his time and the drive over, but he explained that it was a minor issue and that he was just glad to help; that mentality is rare now-a-days. We'll absolutely be giving Pat our plumbing-related business going forward and if you have plumbing needs, I would recommend you do the same!

Great job overall. Patrick came out promptly to size up the job and give a quote. Came out a few days later and did the work on time and at the quoted price. Friendly, professional and detailed.
