I have worked with McGinnis on multiple occasions, and they never disappoint. Darrell, his techs and office staff are very professional and always do a great job. You can’t go wrong with McGinnis Heating and Cooling.

Last year we had our HVAC replaced by McGinnis. We were pleased. As part of the service contract our AC was serviced and no problems. They were supposed to come out to check the heating unit under the same service contract. We made an appointment and nobody showed. We called several times and sent emails and never got a response. I made another appointment on their website. Again nobody showed up and no response. I sent another email asking for an explanation and received no reply. My first encounter with McGinnis Heating & Cooling was over seven years ago when I called about my AC unit in my residence. When Darrell came out, he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the problem I was having with my unit. There was no, “Well, we can try this, or let’s see if that works.” He explained several options I could take that would resolve my situation and explained the pros and or cons for each option.
