extreme long story short although the staff might seem super busy they somewhat answer questions they somewhat respond, 2 different reps were going to help me then later changed their minds, they'll support females instead, I contacted my credit card to provide full refund, I've learned mothers youth coaches are above the law, I've learned fathers won't receive their joint custody rights, assume it continues
