Like most people, I am scared of the dentist due to bad experiences. However, I have never had a bad experience with Dr. McGilvray and his staff and I am pretty sure I have been going here for 8 years now! They are so nice and always make sure I am comfortable. They explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions. I always suggest them if my friends ask if I know a good dentist! 10/10 for me!
Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. I never have to wait or spend much time in the waiting room. Very efficient operation and excellent dental work.
J Michael McGilvray is the most gentle Dentist I have ever been to, had a tooth pulled now several times and never Felt a Thing, Would highly recommend
So comforting and polite from the front desk to the back office!! His reassurance when treating you will make a big difference I literally would recommend him to anyone! I have not had a bad visit yet! Office staff is amazing and very friendly!! I just love Mrs. Pat that’s at the front desk!! I believe in customer service and I have gotten top tier since the first day!!!
Always helpful and kind, I've never had a problem or issue with them. They're also super friendly and make you feel welcomed. Make sure they don't put on the same 30 second snippet of a song and you're good to go. "One more night"
