Good customer support
Called them and was cut off from their receptionist who told me she had more calls and to give her a short version of my story. Less than 2 hours I received an email saying they aren’t taking new cases. Yet I spoke to no one. Didn’t even give my story and they turned me down. I’m taking this to social media and expose their horrible customer service.
