Muy mala experiencia con esta clínica. El servicio en recepción deja mucho que desear. Ayer fui personalmente a programar una cita y me dijeron que regresara hoy a las 11:00 a. m. Al llegar, me informaron que no tenía ninguna cita registrada. ¿Cómo es posible que ellos mismos programen una cita y al día siguiente digan que no existe? Mi experiencia reciente con esta clínica no ha sido buena. En las últimas visitas, el trato por parte del personal de recepción ha dejado mucho que desear. Ayer mi esposo fue personalmente a programar una cita y le dijeron que regresara hoy a las 11:00 a. m. Cuando llegó a la hora indicada, le informaron que no tenía ninguna cita registrada. Just so you aware. North carolina law requires you to give a good faith estimate for non emergency cash paying customers. Your receptionist denied this from me. I asked her to cosult with the doctor second time to verify an estimate for me and i was denied a second time. I'm sure it must be a great clinic but to be the only clinic so incompetent that they can't give you a cash estimate of the cost to have an ear examined and a prescription given for an ear infection is absolutely ridiculous unethical and illegal Literally th... read more
