The wait time in this emergency room (ER) is incredibly long, 10-14 hours at a minimum. Most of the employees at this ER are incredibly rude and overworked. In triage, after being brought in via ambulance, we were treated like garbage and an inconvenience. The triage nurse was rude and disrespectful to my sick girlfriend. Afterwards, she was left in a cold room for over 5 hours in the middle of the night. I would try my best to find a warm blanket for her, but I would get yelled at for even trying to ask for one. Don’t waste your time.
I’m currently still waiting for my pee to be collected it’s been 5 hours no one spoke to me and I still have a line in my arm this is absurd and ridiculous
