I find the interaction very impersonal and very 'stand-offish'. I've only lived in the community a short time but the turn over seems very high so that we're dealing with new people frequently. The website is very poor and not user friendly. Suggestions to make it better are ignored and we're told 'it is what it is'. The dealings I've had with the ARB intermediary originally we're excellent and reviews were quick. Just wanted to give a shout out to McGill Management, and specifically Nicole Broughton who is the Community Association Manager of our Condo Association at the Manorhomes of New Century Town Condominiums. When you live in multi-family housing, you must rely on management when there are issues, big or small.
