I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received, the lack of communication, the price point and the results. they advertise price per room starting at maybe 40 dollars. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. The carpet didn’t have stains - I specifically hired them to get under my bed where my dog sleeps. They charged me $250 for an 850 sq foot apartment. I have a clinic for cosmetics, and there’s a wall to wall carpet. With time, the carpet got stained and doesn’t look very respectable. I was given the contact details of the company and asked them to give a cleaning service to the carpet.
