Found Ourisman Toyota as a low cost provider from OEM toyota parts and made a purchase. A day later they sent me an email stating it needed to increase by $30 bucks for shipping and would not answer the phone nor provide a call so they could have a record of the conversation. Their phone calls are monitored and recorded per their phone line. Had the lowest prices at the time for Lower Control Arms for my Toyota Prado 120/Lexus GX470. They accidentally sent me 2 right Lower control arms instead of a right and a left. I called them the next morning and they shipped it out the same day. Great experience and I’m happy with the parts I got.
The process to order a part for my 2021 Toyota Highlander was quick and easy. I located the correct part for my vehicle by using the VIN and within 5 days I had my part. Will utilize their parts department again should the need arise!
