I had an excellent experience with the parts department at Toyota of Richmond. Their customer service is outstanding, and they are always willing to help even if you are not purchasing parts from them. They took the time to help me confirm the correct parts for my car and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. I normally never leave reviews, but they truly deserve one for their excellent customer service. That level of support is the reason I continue to purchase my parts there. Highly recommended.
I've ordered parts several times and these folks have always been great to work with. I would highly recommend.
Tried to order a part. Told had to use pay pal. Then rep on the phone was flippant. I order parts from Toyota Dealers all over the country. Not my first run in with the dealership. Go elsewhere. !!!!!!! Sending letter about this to Ted Ogawa (TMNA) to request their dealership can be REVOKED.
Custom service was fast and helpful. Found Exactly what I was looking for with their help. Shipping was fast. I wish they had a dealership in Georgia
I understand their in it to make money.but $20 for a little pcv valve that everyone else gets $7 for,even Ourisman on line.far as parts people,their just rude to me,but I guess I got spoiled dealing with Billy in parts when it was Mcgeorge Toyota,he was always so Nice &Knowledgeable &didn't act like I was interrupting his day when I called to spend money &buy a part.
