Since Ourisman took over has gotten more expensive & now paying by using a credit card is discouraged by charging a 3% handling fee. Credit card companies have always charged a business a service fee. The offset for the business was the increased sales potential. Now they want to nickel & dime you.
I can’t say enough about the service at Ourisman. The appointments always seem to run on time, the upstairs customer lounge is great for catching up on email and the customer Wi-Fi exceeded 90 MBPS this time.
I had a weird experience with Ourisman Toyota. For a variety of reasons, I mistakenly drove off the lot in a new Camry XLE even after I noticed that there was an issue with the bumper trim (see image).
