Advisor Ben was very nice.
Great service agent Eric. Could use a better system to wait to talk to an agent. I was kind of just standing there against a glass wall til someone calls you up or looks at you. I think I cut in front of someone who I didn’t realize was waiting for an agent before me.
Had a great experience with the scheduled maintenance service.
