Tub and toilet over flowing for the second time. Management is really bad on update. Stop answering phone calls and all. 14 days with no bathroom and no update on anything. Half a month sad. I called maintenance number on the 13th. That night when I seen it mess up. Now it’s the 23rd on January. When u do talk to them we gone get maintenance to come. Don’t see them. (Governors Parc) off McGhee road.
Stove & oven haven't work since November.. each time I called it's I'm getting with maintenance November2024 to now January 7 2025. Roaches every where have contact the health department

The NEW management is horrible they can’t get nothing done. It’s not worth it coming out here. It floods out here into your apartment when it rains. The maintenance doesn’t fix anything not even sure if we have one. My air was out for almost 4 months when I first got here even after they put another unit in it still was working. There’s been mold in the bathroom since I moved here, holes in the wall. Some of my plugs are sticking out of the wall and some of them don’t work.
