Bought a new 2025 Toyota Sienna at McGee (Dudley, since moved to Putnam) in March 2025. When the second-row seat rail safety recall hit in early October (Recall: 25TB12/25TA12, NHTSA 25V668), McGee’s response was unacceptable. Repeated calls were not returned, safety concerns were downplayed, and I got no clear guidance or follow-through on interim support. Just for my 2026 Tacoma trd sport yesterday and I gotta say it was a smooth transaction. Got an amazing deal! Compared to other Toyota delearships! My sales guy Tommy way fun, nice, very helpful and knowledgeable I recommend you going in there and asking for him!
