I have given this company call after call attempting to get a part ordered that they stated I needed in order to get the AC unit working properly. I have only gotten excuses when I call and no one calls me back. They say the part is on order but no ETA and refuse to fix the AC in the meantime, which is possible without this part. I guess I am going somewhere else that can return phone calls and provide real customer service.
Al and the boys set me up with a gas furnace and AC combined unit to replace my heatpump. Couldn't be happier with their service.
This is to Revise previous review as I gave a bad review but in all honesty it was not good communication between us after I spoke to Shane and Don who came out to check out the issue they were in agreement that the workmanship was not up to their expectations and sent a team to compete the work !!! so I have changed the review to a positive 5 star ⭐️ Hope this will help this company because they have sent 3 different teams out to correct the issues !! it should not be that a company has to go behind employees that work for ... read more
