We were very surprised that for our 1st service on our Bronco they charged us $147 for a oil, filter, and $10 a tire to rotate.And it seems that no one can help us with our radio because of a chip they haven't gotten yet.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've seen with a dealer. Drove an hour and a half to look at a truck, wanted it so got approved through our bank that night. Told my salesman I wanted it 100%, he then called and said someone was looking at it, so I’d better make a decision.(all before 9:00am) I said I definitely want it and offered a card number for a large deposit.
